The Volunteer and Membership Committee is responsible for building and sustaining a strong base of supporters through the following efforts:
- Recruiting, training, and scheduling volunteers
- Coordinating volunteer appreciation and engagement initiatives
- Driving membership growth, retention, and active participation
- Planning and executing membership drives, events, and outreach campaigns
